Pros

Nice to work in a healthcare setting that is not a part of a huge healthcare organization.

Cons

Awful all the way from the executive team to middle management. You will not be treated with respect or as a professional. Constantly micromanaged. Voice not heard. All anyone cares about is pleasing the client. Morale is very low it seems among everyone but upper management.

Pros

They know how to recruit. Your co-workers will be hard-working and bright.

Cons

The irony of this employee wellness company is they care very little about their own employee wellness. The insurance is subpar, the vacation time is minimal and they pay more attention to time and attendance than employee morale. Managers at main office are either condescending to offsite staff or will simply "ghost" them when seeking support or answers.
