Schedules were constantly changed at the last minute, often without informing everyone affected. Important meetings overlapped, client calls were double-booked, and shifts were cancelled with no warning. The lack of coordination made it possible to plan ahead and created unnecessary tension with both coworkers and clients.

Our supervisors here at Health Advocates are extremely rude and condescending. Our job is stressful but still bearable. But being forced to work with our awful and disrespectful managers makes the experience much worse. I don't want to deal with them because I only get humiliated and insulted, and I never received genuine guidance from them.
