The tools we used were outdated and slowed everything down.

My coworkers were dedicated and genuinely cared.

Cons

The software we were given made a 10-minute task take an hour. I brought it up, but upgrades weren't a priority. Meanwhile, expectations got higher while our systems stayed stuck in 2009. I spent more time fighting tech than doing their job.
