We appreciate you providing us with your comments. We're delighted you thought the benefits were reasonable and that career advancement was possible while you worked with Health Connect America. Only the time spent in-person with clients during sessions is compensated for as that is how we are reimbursed by Medicaid. We do, however, provide coaching to encourage open communication with clients and prescheduling to lessen the likelihood of those cancellations or no-shows. Many staff have found success in managing their caseload to ensure they are meeting or even exceeding their financial goals.
