Make your own schedule. No micromanaging.

Cons

The benefits with the company taking most of your pay when billing. Also the directors for the ABA and mental health programs are not ethical in performing their duties. They recommend billing multiple hours and then tell you after they get audited that you’re not allowed to bill that amount of hours. It’s very fishy and odd.

You get to work with a variety of people because the turn over rate is so high.

Cons

Management is awful. More focused on money and numbers than the clients. Zero training before being thrown out into the field. Huge caseloads from the first week. Only able to bill if the clients show up for their appointments. You could schedule 50 hours for a week, but only be able to bill for 5.
