      Pros

      Great place to be that the right time. The place is in growth mode and the energy is bright and inspiring. New office space is beautiful, too!

      Cons

      Peaks and dips in volume are extreme, so when it's busy we are super slammed and when it's slow, its very quiet.

      Pros

      This was my first time working for a company of this size(>100), but the experience has been great since I started. The CEO and management are readily open and available for feedback and opinions from all employees The company is doing well and continues to grow so the work environment feels even more secure then it already did. The overall outlook of the company is great.

      Cons

      Add a 401K match to take benefits to the next level. With retirement cost as high as they are these days this would go a long way! You will also get much higher adopting rate by doing so. Greater flexibility and availability to work from home for those employees where it makes sense. This is a standard benefit at most smaller companies and would increase employee moral even more.

      Great work environment for Self-Starters and Go-Getters. Constant opportunities for growth and career advancement. They have a commitment to happiness and health with their committee for culture/events, healthy snacks weekly, and even a gym membership compensation. They're always adding more perks like meditation sessions weekly, accommodations for those who want to stand as they work, and even a monthly work from home day. They have constant company engagement, with many social activities and team building events throughout the year.

      Cons

      They have spoiled me from ever wanting to go another company.
