- Motivated, SMART, fun employees. - Management is very approachable (and genuinely cares about you). - Lots of company culture! Events that bring us together as a company. There is dedicated effort & a budget to make our company culture excellent. - The people at FSA Store are good people. This is a HUGE pro, as it is rare to find that! - The growth of this company is exceptional!

Cons

- This isn't a "con" but you really have to be a self-starter to work here. No hand-holding. You have to figure out what it takes to get the job done well.

-Surrounded by seasoned veterans in the ecommerce industry -Fun and easygoing coworkers -Regular work happy hours and company events -Successful, fast-growing company -Every day you learn something new -Plenty of takeout/restaurants for lunch around the office

Cons

-Hard to get into conference rooms with growing employee count -Our espresso machine is using regular coffee beans instead of espresso means (Need More Caffeine!)

Its all about team work and accomplishing goals. Which is a huge plus. The CEO is always involved and is a great guy. The co-workers are amazing at helping and great to work with. Everyone is friendly, professional, and driven. Its located in Midtown, so there is hardly no traffic. There is a lot of opportunity for an individual to grow with this company.
