      Pros

      The company really cares about its employees. Great work-life balance. This fosters strong loyalty to the company and dedication to the company's business objectives. Awesome group of people to work with. Enjoying a lot of success in the market. Feels great to be working with a winning team.

      Cons

      Although much improved, still some lingering pockets of silos between departments.

      Excellent Payor software

      Pros

      It was rewarding to see clients be able to configure their business to do things with this software that legacy systems either cannot do, take too long or are too expensive. The management has the right vision and is very receptive and open. Salary is very competitive. Remote work and autonomy are great here, if that's what you prefer.

      Cons

      I was brought in because of experience in legacy software development and business expertise in the products, but despite the vision of management being on point, the day to day culture does not recognize outside experience as a benefit to the company's growth. As someone who thrives on changing lanes between business and technical, I did not fit in but it's a great company for those who prefer one or the other.
