From weekly messages from the CEO to annual engagement surveys, we try to keep communication flowing in both directions - to and from the employees. Workloads can vary based on role, department and even time of year, but we value work-life balance so if you feel overloaded please reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are comparable to the market.

      Cons

      This company floats by on their "best place to work" label. When it is time to execute on said title, they fall flat on their face. (Burgess) Leadership is a joke. They are all Best friends and use group think to run the organization. No independent thought process whatsoever. The employees pay the ultimate price. No worklife balance. Run as fast as you can away from this dumpster fire!
