Pros

Good teams Good managers and Leads Challenging work WFH

Cons

Healthcare plans are the worst ever in my long career. The burden is on the employee to pay up front. Makes you not go to the Dr office. Would cost $8000 for me and spouse to meet deductible let alone the monthly premiums. The healthcare plan is so bad even Aetna rep told us we have a cheap plan compared to most. If you have a family it will cost you upfront every year. Moving rapidly to off shore India Hiring is US is stagnant I have to use my personal cell phone for work and work apps with no reimbursement. Yes I can WFH but I pay for everything even batteries for my laptop keyboard and mouse. If you can believe it I have to spend my money to do the job for the company.

Our Total Rewards team is always looking to make upgrades that keep our benefits package competitive, and a flexible work schedule and long list of paid holidays is included in that package. We take your suggestions seriously and hope you are pleased with changes coming next year!

Pros

Decent work-life balance in some teams depends on the manager

Cons

Constant organizational restructuring creates instability.Priorities shift too often, projects get abandoned mid-way. Lack of long-term vision at the leadership level. No ethics in the company as they treat employees like a cheap labours.

Change is never easy, and we have certainly had some restructuring as of late. However, this is part of corporate life, and we are embracing these updates with enthusiasm and fervor. Offering programs like Change Excellence and Navigating Change resources will hopefully help provide assistance and understanding during these times.

Pros

The only positive about this company is the health insurance; everything else falls short.

Cons

Work Environment As a full-time employee, you may need to work more than 12 hours a day, and the workload can feel overwhelming. It can be hard to maintain a good work-life balance, especially on weekdays. The job market is uncertain, which makes changing roles more difficult. Some managers, especially Indian managers, can come across as rude and may not respond well when questions or concerns are raised. They hold grudges and try to hurt
