      The company culture, parental leave, and unlimited sick leave are such a blessing!

      Cons

      It took too long to get a promotion. Didn't feel valued monetarily.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at HealthEdge. I had an excellent manager and full support of higher ups when customer challenges arose. I felt my pay and benefits were excellent. I enjoyed the complex and fulfilling work assigned to me and enjoyed working with the HealthEdge customers I was assigned.

      Cons

      There was not a specific path for my role which led to me switching to another company.
