Majority of people care about customers, fellow employees and the company. Interesting technologies solve real business problems and provide benefits to customers

Cons

Go-lives and bugs happen during nights and weekends. These can be stressful.

The only positive about this company is the health insurance; everything else falls short.

Cons

Work Environment As a full-time employee, you may need to work more than 12 hours a day, and the workload can feel overwhelming. It can be hard to maintain a good work-life balance, especially on weekdays. The job market is uncertain, which makes changing roles more difficult. Some managers, especially Indian managers, can come across as rude and may not respond well when questions or concerns are raised. They hold grudges and try to hurt
