Unfortunately promotions are never a guarantee, but we do provide promotion nomination information to managers in the fall, to prepare for promotion announcements in the spring. Sorry you felt your work went unnoticed or unappreciated, but we do tend of offer merit bonuses each year based on company and individual performance.

Wellframe - toxic culture and valueless product

Smart hardworking people. Industry expertise.

Value is hard to prove. It's a digital care management solution that is positioned to reduce manual efforts of care teams. But the reality is, those teams still do the same things, just digitally. Because of the lack of understandable value, care teams don't use it much. Culture was awful. Cliques were a problem. And a few shot callers who had the ear of some leaders and those leaders were played. Lots of back stabbing behaviors and trash talking. People were more apt to break others down than to build them up. Some leaders allowed this behavior and even contributed to it.

watch out! stay away! This company will bait and switch you on what they promise your job will be and they do not hesitate to use people as scapegoats. incredibly unorganized internally and doesn't always deliver on client contracts. leadership within what was formerly wellframe is very poor
