Wrost Management in Hyderabad branch

Cons

Get ready to pack your bags. Best examples of how a beautiful empire that was built for 11 yrs can be crumbled in 11 months. It started vth moving leaders in the HR org, followed by the departure of key people. Down the line here we are with the new leadership in Hyderabad that cares least about the employees, yells at employees with disrespectful behaviour. Meetings are one way conversations where engineers are treated like servants. No development work is happening, no technology learning, no growth prospects. These are toppings on top of misbehavior. If you are someone who would like to lead a respectful life, and who is looking for a learning...pack your bags and save yourself

Pros

Colleagues are smart, driven, hardworking, and fun to work with. They will step in to help you no matter what.

Cons

The biggest con is leadership/management, especially on the Burgess Source side. They are inexperienced, unorganized, promote toxicity, and promote an adversarial relationship between management and employees. They are quick to blame you for their shortcomings in management skills. The PM work is driven by sales and managements desire to try and make as much money as possible. It leads to poorly written SOWs and little to no time spent on actual project planning. Almost every implementation hits a major delay at some point or another and the PMs are blamed for it every time (even when the product breaks, and continues to break or not be fixed for months or even years).
