      Great product catering health insurance

      Cons

      This is a Blackstone company. The management is on buying spree acquiring smaller companies having complementary products to their own product. There is no product roadmap, no vision, no accountability. HR believes that there is no internal talent available. 75% of senior leadership is hired within a year.

Fast growing and success, if a solid pace, change, and new opportunities appeal to you. CEO has both a strong vision for the future and cares about what the employees think at the individual level.

      Fast growing companies can be hectic at times, but the management team is investing is experienced leaders, tools, and processes.

      It's a product company so you won't have tens of reporters like a service organization, still maturing on the process so you would see people trying to reinvent the wheel
