The culture at Healthedge is good. They provide guidance for career growth. Good work life balance. Twice in a year EPICs to understand growth parameters.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth in skills. You would have to actively seek out opportunities if you want to learn new technologies. Healthedge has its own private network data centers. This could be pro or con depending on what you are looking for

Employee friendly. Diverse work culture. Flexible hours and workplace location. Growth potential. Some good legacy product insurance / healthcare industry. mid size. not too big not too small.

Cons

can do better with quality of code and product management. legacy code base. lack of strong product vision and roadmap. very reactive organization. product management is the weakest link.
