      Pros

      Healthequity has alot of business which means there is a lot of work. Job security but also leads to burnout. The culture is really fun and lively.

      Too much work for one person, team or leader

Burnout is certainly a real thing and it may be more difficult for some leaders to keep a pulse on during the current work from home posture. Please, keep voicing these concerns!       We Currently working from home.

      Doesn’t promote employees in certain offices. Turnover at the company is extremely high with no replacements in sight.
