Pros

Great benefits and work / life balance Quickly removing non performing employees / staff that don’t deliver or don’t align with new goals. Focused on improving member experience (was not under old CEO) Great technology modernization (was not supported under old CEO)

Cons

Improve new talent processes to account for the “complainers” in this forum. Get ahead of external talent marketing .. don’t let these non performers that were laid off.. affect our ratings.

Pros

None at all, was a horrible experience.

Cons

-Employees are being mass removed due to inadequate assistance from higher ups. -We are being forced to give subpar assistance to our callers due to their insane company decisions. -They will throw you to the wolves right out of training. Training which is subpar and inadequate. Does not actually teach you how to handle any inquiries. -Agents are being mass removed due to surveys we cannot control. None of which are about the agents and solely about the company. Of course they’re not rating us helpful. You’re directing them to CALL US about something we cannot help them with.
