You can chat with other coworkers in team if you need help

Cons

Too much work, a lot of overtime, random hour cuts, schedule changes with little to no notice. No days approved off almost ever

Good medical benefits, incentives for additional HSA Contributions, PTO accrued a quickly, summer time a lot of VTO

Cons

Company no longer taking accountability Letting the front line - member & client specialist deal with the repetitive angry people Pressuring us to hit certain numbers other wise your annual bonus is gone Oh and took away monthly bonus Lastly they make you no longer take accountability as a whole company of any mistakes because we do not notify ANYONE of issues until the issue is happening or becoming a trend You will get stuck in the same position
