Pros

Loving people, great opportunities to learn and advance.

Cons

Some of the magic is fading in the acquisition. Starting to feel less like work family and more like a paycheck.

Great advice, and thank you for your review! I agree, what's great about our purple culture is that it's reach doesn't stop internally, but extends externally to our members and partners as well. While we do have a team dedicated to culture and engagement within the company, our culture is bigger than one team and dependent on the actions, efforts, and unique qualities of each individual. Our culture is organic, and as we continue to get to know each other across all locations and departments it can evolve and strengthen. Keep scaling the magic in your interactions, and encourage others to do the same! Thank you for adding your unique qualities and strengths to HealthEquity's great mission - the culture that you're cultivating is an important part of what makes this a great place to work, so thank you!

Pros

HealthEquity is a warm and welcoming environment that aims to include teammates thoughts, opinions, wellbeing, and choice into their decision making as a greater company. No company is perfect, but HealthEquity is always working to get there and the effort is very evident- which is impressive, ESPECIALLY in today's climate.

Cons

Work/life balance is a delicate scale for ANY company and I think that some of the internal departments have a VERY good handle on this. The departments that tend to struggle with work/life balance within HealthEquity tend to be the service centers. The high demand of our industry often calls for much more demand on our service team members that can be a bit stressful.

Pros

The management in the Sales Department is unparalleled! They actually care about each and everyone. I felt their love so much more during the pandemic when sales dropped a little, and NO ONE FREAKED OUT, the messaging was that they understood the situation, and that they just wanted us to keep up the great work, and not to worry. No one was in danger of losing their jobs and no one did. HealthEquity truly truly cares about each and every one of their team members.

Cons

I currently don't have anything to complain about.
