      Great Team Members, Great Product, Honest Leadership

      Pros

      Honestly, the team members are extremely kind and talented. I have been with the company for less than 1 year, but it's obvious to me that the leadership team is respected and cares about all team members. During this COVID transition, the company has been very thoughtful and has taken appropriate precautions to take care of our teams. Some perks: HSA contributions, potential for bonuses, and 401k contributions.

      Pros

      HealthEquity invests in the team members, making culture and engagement a priority. Even better, HealthEquity executive leadership acknowledges missteps and corrects them, is as transparent as they can be in their communication efforts, and values the contributions of team members.

      Cons

      An abundance of work, so a strong work ethic is a must.
