Culture, culture, culture. No culture is perfect, but this company thrives on a positive culture and commitment to the internal team and customers like i have not felt at prior organizations.

Cons

The company is based in Utah and has acquired a larger organization that is more diverse in many ways. Need more larger-scale thinking and being open to broader employee base needs.

Pros

PurpleCulture has created a unique workplace environment in Draper that until recently made going to work a joy.

Cons

HealthEquity used to be a wonderful place to work, but the WageWorks acquisition has killed the culture and work environment. The WageWorks employees are forcing out employees who’ve worked hard for HealthEquity for years, and none of them seem to do any actual work.

The executives genuinely care for all of their employees, families, customers and members. They think through every business decision with the best intentions in mind. It is one of the best companies I've ever worked for.

Cons

They need to give remote employees an equal opportunity for positions in the company if they want to keep good remote staff.
