      Pros

      Rewarding, Educational, Benefits are amazing, growth opportunities, recognition, fun environment, remote options available with equipment and training, one of the most socially progressive companies I’ve worked for, PTO, and offered VTO and reduced summer hours if wanted, and what I love the most, the CEO is very involved in team meetings and will answer questions directly. As big of a company as it is, Jon Kessler gives all of his employees the time of day. I have only worked for the company for nine months.

      Cons

      On the phones, customer service, people just suck and we have to deal with rude customers a lot, often times they are in desperate situations and there are rules we need to follow.

      Overall great company! Benefits are decent and the managers are big on work/life balance.

      I wish they offered more support for tuition reimbursement

      - Strong executive team, fully committed to the brand mission and values & solving complex team member and client challenges - Company mission and offering that's hyper relevant to today's marketplace with tangible ways to help employers and end-users with real needs - including improving DEI offerings, lowering healthcare expenses and increasing consumers' confidence and trust in healthcare decisions - Appropriate resources (including a suite of leadership and team member development programs) for team members to succeed - Team member access to leadership, rich benefits offering, ability to "get things done", superior culture w/warm and inviting team members, amazing work-life-balance and sense of "belonging"

      Cons

      - Fully remote working environment in most places may not be a fit for some potential applicants - Culture is nurturing and supportive, but not always fast moving
