Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. I am a big believer in the 'you get out what you put in'. A company culture is reflected in the interactions that we have with each other as team members.; so we if are putting out positive, supportive, collaborative interactions, we often receive that back. And when 1000+ team members are striving for this, it makes for a great company feel. I am appreciative that our leadership has a genuine commitment to maintain a small business feel as we continue to grow. Regarding the PTO rollover cap - your sentiments are understood. We explore our PTO annually (in addition to all benefit offerings), and while the design isn't perfect, it is designed for a reason.
