      Pros

      - Instead of dividends to stockholders, the money is used to improve our product and incentives paid to all employees - Its a happy company with happy employees, which makes the office happy and improved service/product to our clients. - The company is as concerned about its product and services, as it is about taking care of the employees that make is successful. Its all tied together.

      Cons

      I should have found a company like this 20 years ago.

      Pros

      Best CEO ever! Companionate and carrying towards the employee. Great HR team. My upper management is fantastic! The company is doing great protecting the employees during the COVID19 pandemic. Our benefits package is superb. We sell great healthcare products (FSA,HSA Commuter) to the major corporations in the US. I am proud and very happy working here. Lots of areas to grow professionally. My pay is commensurate to the Texas market.

      Absolutely nothing! Our team manager is right to the point, good listener and allow our opinions to be vented.
