      Pros

      Great place to work. Work hard/play hard mentality. Really great culture. Great to be part of a growing, successful organization. The organization is made up of very dedicated, engaged achievers.

      Cons

      The only down side I can would be for people that aren't motivated or unable to execute - this would not be a good culture for them.

      Pros

      Benefits, training, company activities, subsidized healthy snacks. HSA contributions, wellness programs. My individual supervisor was great.

      Cons

      Negative work enviroment, micromanagement, heavy work load and no time to complete tasks except before or after shift. Every other supervisor attempted to micromanage me and control my every move. No time off phones, call after call.

      Pros

      Management values work/life balance and listens to employees and clients when determining which initiatives will be implemented each year. The balance attracts some of the smartest and most talented people in their field to our ranks.

      Cons

      We have been experiencing the growing pains that all promising companies go through as they work to fill the measure of their potential.

      Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. Yes, I do agree that HQY and our environment is able to attract and retain some of the smartest and most talented people around. We look to not rest on our past successes but to improve and innovate as we grow the business. So, I suppose we need more smart, talented people to come onboard to grow with us.
