HealthEquity has a fast moving I am excited about the many opportunities to enhance and expand current services. I feel it fosters a culture of creativity and innovation, and empowers me to find solutions while still being collaborative across different company segments.

There are too many things to list in terms of pros of working for HealthEquity because it is AMAZING. There is on-going training for the broad team, training specifically for leadership, advancement opportunities, good pay structure for the job, great benefits, great location, ability to work remotely, fun people and culture, and above all HealthEquity makes a difference in our member's lives. We really strive to educate our members on why it is so important to build health savings for their family and HealthEquity gives us the tools to make sure that we are doing just that! They really care about their employees and do everything they can to keep them happy. I can't imagine working anywhere else.
