      HealthEquity CARES. The Purple Culture of HealthEquity bleeds through every department- we go the extra mile in service to our clients, members, and co-workers. The training is thorough and on-going, time off is encouraged on every level, and the benefits are amazing. From extra-curricular events to the wellness program, this company is everything you want and more in an employer.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a single challenge. We promote from within, we train on the job, and there are opportunities in every department of the company. Every challenge faced comes with the support and resources necessary to get it accomplished.

      Pros

      They realize that by keeping employees cared for, and happy , the production, willingness, and morale go up as well! They hire quality people and the training is above and beyond. The bond of a common purpose that we all have, makes for an enjoyable work environment. They grasped the concept of being available to our members 24/7 365. Which in turn leads to remote positions which is awesome!

      The culture at HealthEquity is by far the best company to work for by far! From the training to the parties, it's all geared towards the employees and of course the members.

      Cons

      Like any job, sometimes its hard to get excited for work everyday but once you get to work at HealthEquity its all good!
