      Pros

      Awesome coworkers and management. The pay is great and the benefits are awesome. They really reward their employees here recognizing both individual and group contributions. Lunch meetings are always catered. Everyone I have met and interacted with has been genuine, friendly and ready to lend a helping hand.

      Pros

      The company is growing very quickly in a new market of healthcare. Managers and leaders are very willing to share their knowledge about the company and help with anything you may be stuck on. Fairly flexible schedule and great benefits. They definitely try to help with stress levels and have many company parties/social events. You are given recognition for your contributions and there are always opportunities opening up to move to different positions in the company.

      Cons

      Compensation isn't the highest in the industry, but it is competitive. There are certain people who can make or break your career, so you definitely need to watch yourself. Maternity benefits are some of the worst I've seen at other companies.

      Pros

      We get excellent perks and bonuses and are recognized regularly for all our hard work and efforts. When the company wins, or when we reach milestones, the team members get gifts and bonuses. The leadership truly cares about every team member. We have a culture here that is unmatched anywhere else I have seen. Everyone is happy and I know that leads to very low turnover rate.
