      Cons

      racist, chauvinistic culture. Leadership is all white men, Mormons and evangelicals.

      Pros

      The individuals on teams were great to work with. The pay was fair.

      Cons

      The company's implementation of SAFe Agile is a joke. Upper mgmt has a stranglehold on the entire processes which prevents the scrum teams from being truly agile. Mgmt is constantly shuffling teams, team members and areas teams are working on in an attempt to correct issues created by mgmt.

      Benefits are nice. Good growth opportunities

      Cons

      Recent merger gutted all of the good leadership in middle management. Company lost a lot of its culture and identity with the merger.
