      Good benefits with retirement accounts

      Toxic Management, narrow minded, and insecure in their role. Leaders are 'Boss' not 'executives with professional skills' , current employees are not advanced in career, rather too much favoritism. offshore expansion creating too much chaos thus good people are leaving really fast.

      None at all, was a horrible experience.

      Cons

      -Employees are being mass removed due to inadequate assistance from higher ups. -We are being forced to give subpar assistance to our callers due to their insane company decisions. -They will throw you to the wolves right out of training. Training which is subpar and inadequate. Does not actually teach you how to handle any inquiries. -Agents are being mass removed due to surveys we cannot control. None of which are about the agents and solely about the company. Of course they’re not rating us helpful. You’re directing them to CALL US about something we cannot help them with.
