NEW CEO

Business Outlook

Pros

One major advantage was the opportunity for growth within the company. However, I’m not sure if that’s still true, since the new systems have made it much harder to meet our metrics. The changes have introduced numerous technical issues and bugs, which are affecting both employees and members.

Cons

I understand the business rationale behind making changes, but it feels like the new CEO is more focused on proving himself than on truly supporting our members. As a result, we're offering less help to our members, and this is reflected in the negative feedback we're receiving in our surveys. Cross-training is definitely valuable, but it would be even better if we received additional compensation for taking on these extra responsibilities.

Thanks for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you saw growth opportunities here. That’s something we’ve always valued and want to continue providing. We also recognize that the recent system changes haven’t been smooth for everyone. The technical hiccups have been frustrating, and we’re actively working to resolve them so teammates can do their best work and members get the support they need. Change is never easy, and we know it’s a tough balancing act between evolving as a business and maintaining the experience our teams and members expect. Your feedback is a good reminder of how important it is for leaders to stay connected, speak up, and support their teams through transition. We appreciate your honesty and your care for the mission.
