2, 15 minute paid breaks. The benefits

Cons

When you need help the supervisors respond 10-15 minutes late regarding the customers issue, The supervisors are not understanding at all when it comes to personal things affecting your work life, you will be told last minute to work mandatory overtime. The customers are very rude. The pay is not worth the verbal abuse.

Pros

It's a great job for me because I love solving issues for clients and the instant gratification when I can fix their issues that have been ailing them for months. The company benefits for health plans are moderate packages, compensation is what it is, and one will not get upper-middle-class status here.

Cons

Over it, complaining to management about internal issues or metrics is like thinking HR is there for the employees. HR is ALWAYS there to protect the Company.
