      No 401k match, no raises, expensive healthcare “benefits”, expected to use PTO on holidays or work at another contracted site if yours is closed.

      Pros

      I worked with an incredible team of therapists and patients at an ALF.

      Cons

      This is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. They open new buildings/contracts as if they have never done it before. Additionally, they have no schedule or plan for cost of living or performance based raises. They are incredibly cheap and do not invest in their gym spaces, equipment or valuable therapists.
