      401k matching “at their discretion “ which means none. Lower pay than other companies in the area. Company doesn’t care for its employees. Terrible health insurance options.

      Expectations to meet minimum sessions is challenging, and the company doesn't protect therapists for traffic and drive time. Therapist are paid only for sessions/billable time.
