flexible hours, great team in my rehab dept.,

Cons

let facilities micro-manage their rehab directors instead of standing up for them; very rarely have positive encouragement for employees, employees feel really unappreciated, harp on not working off the clock but impossible to meet productivity and get all the extra stuff done they expect you to do and not (meetings, screens, audits, filing, inservices, talk to staff when asked questions to keep good will with them even if it's not about a current patient)

There are some good therapists left there. Just a few because of huge turnover.

Cons

The area manager for Lynchburg area told me "your paperwork is the most important thing. It's more important than the treatments". My supervisors were totally unethical. This was the worst employer I've ever had. I left a very good job because I was bored. I got a pay cut and no raise in the 7 years that I worked there. None. Fraud reported and they did nothing.

Terrible upper management staff. All they care about is the bottom line $$. No supplies given to staff. Had to purchase my own, never reimbursed. Upper management will tell you what you want to hear with zero follow through. Negotiate high upon entry to this company because for the past 3 years the annual raise for treating therapists "is unfortunately not in the budget for the year." In fact, I recieved a "company wide" pay cut. Company wide except for upper management that is. They will harass you every day about productivity. Terrible company, stay far away.
