Highly motivating and positive work environment! Close to home and very flexible hours that are comparable to a working mother.

Cons

Lack of communication with corporate. Often we talk and see our immediate boss that is located at each facility but may not see higher bosses that determine pay increases.

Cons

Getting thrown into position with no help as a new grad. I was the only OT on staff and expected to do managerial work while my manager was on her way out and still meet staff productivity numbers.
