      Call centre job

      Home-based, remote, meh salary, calls aren’t fully back to back

      Cons

      The job of a client associate is basically a call centre/customer advisor job. Only apply if you don’t mind answering calls with a bit of admin on the side. Average calls are 20-30 per day. Some of the customers (“clients”) are quite rude, some are alright. Not much representation of colleagues from different backgrounds. Rules change here and there which can get annoying, not much career advancement except possibly being a team leader in 5 yrs or moving to other departments
