      -Fair compensation -Excellent benefits: medical, dental, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gym membership reimbursement -Good work life balance -Fair management -Easy to understand mission/vision and culture

      -Little room for career advancement unless you want to move departments -Process improvement changes take a long time -Departments do not work together seamlessly due to differences in operational policy/communication barriers

      Undervalued, just a number, do as your told and be quiet

      Pros

      Healthcare with union is practically free Job security through the union

      Cons

      Underpaid; opinion doesn’t matter-in fact when you speak the truth you are targeted by leads and mgmt and tortured with micromanagement/belittlement/condescension and passive aggression; You work while you watch your supervisors “work from home” at the beach; Covid protocol a complete joke, no strong leadership in this area at all. Every Covid decision feels like a hasty, desperate uneducated grasp. Those who work the grind are not asked their opinion even though they know more about the job. The CEO removed necessary signs to protect privacy for patients and went against Hippa because the signage “looked cluttered”.
