Pros

Salary, benefits, onsite cafeteria if you're in the HQ building.

Cons

HealthPartners is a bonanza of corporate nonsense, useless meetings, and constant organizational chart restructuring. They will lowball you on salary, they will certainly lowball you on raises, no matter how much additional work you take on. Be open to having to train your own boss who doesn't know your job or the department they're running. There is an abundance of gossip and childishness.

Pros

The benefits and compensation are adequate. You usually have great coworkers. Like the Monday through Friday schedule. Great location in Bloomington, MN. Free employee parking and on light rail transit route; near Mall of America. Has a great cafeteria and convenience store located in the building.

Cons

Call center Management is very "click-ish" and unresponsive to worker issues; they only see "their way". Extremely high turn-over. I have seen individuals that have been there for many years, just all of a sudden let go (fired). Upper management is/are disengaged and aloof to certain departments/employees.

Pros

Ability to work from home for some positions. Interdepartmental collaborations helping build good relationships that benefit both our customers and ourselves.

Cons

A culture of pressure to conform to established work-styles. Unbalanced workloads by people with the same job title- part time persons not given part time workload compared to full time. A lot of preferential treatment of individuals liked by management and a bullying ( by both management and employees) of those who do not fit into the stereotypical box. Lots of employee turmoil and a general disregard from management. Minimal raises. Inefficient change processes.
