Horrible selection of Supervisors in Patient Accounting. They let go of all employees (15 years or more years at Company) due to high union pay that the company gave to their employees in the beginning. Fired employees for very petty reasons. If you do not "fit in" with horrible group of supervisors you were out- Healthpartners let alot of great employees go
Cons
Non professional Managers/Supervisors in Patient Accounting Would not let you work your daily job duties instead they monitored how many accounts you actually worked rather then the quality (not having patient call back a month later for same problem). Dislike union therefore they are in process of eliminating all Union positions and creating non union positions. Fired employees for petty reasons- each employee fired was given Unemployment, won their position back and fully compensated with back pay. uneducated supervisors
