Pros

Very business oriented, corporate cultures, some might feel it's a positive thing.

Cons

Here is my executive summary: Overall feel that physicians are treated with disrespect. Pay is significantly lower than other health systems in the cities. Ok place to start for those fresh out of residency. Management favors docs who don't ask questions. Big talk about physician burnout but nothing is being done to ease the schedule or offer competitive compensation. Very corporate culture. Senior management is greedy. Disappointed

Pros

The company overall has work-life balance philosophy. There were exercise classes on site lead by other employees. The company has basically good ethics and respect for its insurance members and clinic patients.

Cons

When I had a change of manager, she was insecure and rigid. She did not understand our work and took offense quickly. When I talked to her, it went no where. When i went to HR, I was told there was no one available to talk to. I could find no recourse.
