Pros

Great healthcare benefits and wages. Working in a clinic setting is wonderful; you feel like an important part of the healthcare team.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the union environment. Getting time off is impossible unless you have been there for 10+ years.

Pros

Great place to start, wonderful benefits and cool atmosphere. Overall, the department as a whole is a great place to work for and everyone seems to work well with one another. Many wonderful perks working in HR!

Cons

Lack of leadership and training in certain areas. My team is well off but the service center area seems to struggle on instruction and retention. Sad to say, the turn over is high in that area. Would HIGHLY suggest to seek other opportunities within the HR department. This is my judgment from an external viewpoint.
