Business Outlook
Pros
This is a very forward thinking company. Especially when it applies to being employee-centric. They are always asking how they can better support my role. They actually listen and make changes! Very rare in many company settings. They also have a high standard for those that they hire. I really like my co-workers and my boss.
Cons
Very large organization so learning the paper trail is intense. Also, sometimes hard to know who to go to for certain things. The hiring process took some time.
