Crazy standards, they pay attention to how long you are in bathroom break status on your phone. Everything is tied to your phone, and yes it is a call center but more is put into meeting stats than into the employee. QA who monitors calls are out of touch because they listen to calls, but aren’t in the hot seat of having to take calls day in and out. Same for supervisors, they have expectations yet would not be able to, nor do they take calls themselves. Time to look at things from the employees perspective instead of meeting service levels at all costs.
