      It’s not flexible, you will be doing the job of two people.

      Very good benefits: pto, stick time, vacation time, personal holiday time

      Cons

      Running short staffed for extended periods of time, having to work multiple clinics at once.

      Pros

      Great work ethic and mission, genuinely seemed to care about its member base and training its employees. Very by-the-book, no corner-cutting.

      Cons

      Demand on call center reps is insanely high. Company allows a lunch break and one fifteen minutes break during an 8hr shift. If you weren't on the phone constantly, you would get an email asking what you were doing. Time off needs to be reserved six months in advance. New employees will be on the 10-7pm shift. Training has high drop out rate due to how demanding it is, so they never have enough reps on the floor. Compensation is below average.
