      Overtime work and great hours

      Cons

      This job is a nice work from home position but it’s just understaffed and you’re under paid for the work. There is no breaks in between calls to even catch your breathe literally. They want you to do a lot and still be on your scores. It’s impossible at times.

      2 stars because my coworkers were fantastic

      Pros

      -Good health, dental, 401k and other benefits -Great coworkers who really care about the patients

      Cons

      -Nearly impossible to get time off, even for medical/dental appointments -Extreme micromanagement -No formal policies in place for things like attendance and work expectations; left up to management's discretion - Since so many things are up to management's discretion, employees committing the same 'offense' are not all treated the same (i.e. two employees need time off for a medical appointment; one is required to provide a note, the other is not). -Inflexible schedule and very poor work/life balance
