Pros

Excellent benefits, civilized environment, constant patient interaction. People really want great outcomes for patients. They also want you to succeed.

Cons

Under-staffing means training is minimal and amateurish. Thrown into high-stakes situations with minimal practical support. Suggestions/requests are deeply unwelcome. Be prepared to spend A LOT of time breaking bad news about postponing or cancelling appointments to badly ill people.

Pros

The environment is supportive and welcoming. This fully inclusive corporate company is the first place that truly doesn’t feel like a corporate company. Management is stellar, helpers are stellar and, you’re never left with questions on next steps. 10/10 would recommend!

Cons

In all honesty, I have yet to find a con. Benefits are amazing, PTO is amazing and the people are amazing! There’s no toxic leadership and they truly want to see you grow here. Nothing bad to say.
