Expect a lot of change.

The systems work half of the time. The pay is significantly lower than what other insurance agents make. I was hired for a inbound position but i am stuck making out bound calls to leads who may or may not qualify to upgrade there plans to a medicare advantage plan. The management isnt the most helpful because they are at a loss of understanding as well . Its a un organized fiasco but it pays my bills ( sort of). You only make 10 dollars per app enrollment
