Super flexible hours Great pay

Cons

If you are not good at selling, it's not going to be a good time. You can learn, but be prepared for a grind. However, if you can sell, you literally won't find a better sales job in terms of flexibility, pay, and just feeling good about what you do.

None to speak of. Period. I wanted to choose 0 stars but Glassdoor makes you choose something.

Cons

Pay for the work Some of the worst micromanagement I’ve ever seen I have never seen a company straight up lie to you to just get you to quit asking questions Not a soul there knows the correct answer to anything Crooked as hell. They try to hype you up at the beginning, and as time goes on, you really start to see the corruption.
